Everything is fairly clean and amazing. Coffee and milk for breakfast are a plus. - It boasts an excellent, good location very close to trams and all that Melbourne offers. - North Melbourne is a district that deserves exploring.

I had a pleasant stay at a modern and extremely clean apartment near MEL Children's Hospital. The location was convenient, with a tram stop just one stop away or a short 10-minute walk. The property met most of my expectations. It was also helpful that the property informed me in advance to contact them 24 hours prior to arrival for key instructions. Additionally, there were shops for supplies within a 5-minute walk. I would recommend this apartment for a comfortable stay.
